The book doesn't provide a very strong recommendation in either direction and most of it is dedicated to recipes rather than approach on how to actually wean a baby.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning more about baby led weaning for their little one.
I am looking to do a mix of baby led weaning and purees and I think this book does a good basic job at reviewing both and providing recipes. As a mom, you have very little time to read so I appreciate that I could read this fast and easy. Definitely more practical than philosophical. This is written in British English so you may have to look up some terms.
